Custom Cable Design
Cables engineered to your application — extreme temperatures, high-flex, submersible, hazardous-area, industrial.
We work from your spec sheet (or write one with you), then manufacture through our partner mills under your project schedule. Standard runs from 500 m; bespoke constructions on request.
- Constructions — conductor class, insulation, screening, armouring, sheath material specified to suit.
- Temperature range — from –40 °C arctic to +180 °C high-temp.
- Environments — submersible, fire-resistant, low-smoke zero-halogen, EMC-screened.

Cable Cutting, Coiling & Laying
On-site and in-house. Precision cuts to your reel schedule, coiled and packed for site-ready delivery.
Bulk runs or single precision lengths — same equipment, same accuracy, same lead time.
Cable Assemblies
Pre-cut cables, terminated and ready to install.
- Crimping — secure, conductive terminations to lug or pin specification.
- Soldering — precision electrical connections where crimps aren't suitable.
- Heat shrinking — durable insulation, strain relief, colour-coded identification.
- Custom installation — built to your drawing and tested end-to-end.

Calibration Services
Equipment calibration to traceable standards. Send us your cable testers, multimeters, insulation testers and high-voltage equipment — we calibrate, document and return.
- Traceable — calibrated against reference standards traceable to national metrology.
- Certificated — issued with a dated certificate of calibration for QA records.
- Reminders — we track recall dates and notify you ahead of the next interval.
- Turnaround — typical 5 – 10 working days; expedited on request.
